ok now the first part is done.
Finally it is probably not the most difficult one, but we had to go through it.
Now the clinicals : in Musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and neurology.
Real patients to assess and treat in 50 min. you have to talk to your patient as much as possible not for the patient but mainly for the three people standing behind you and judging you. They have to fill every tick needed. One missed you fail....
so it is the worst part obviously. Anyway... Lets go and find the motivation back.
- being able to provide for family
- show the kids that with hard work nothing is impossible
- proving to myself that I'm capable of doing such a thing , that I'm brave and clever. Finally the most important motivation as I don't really trust me.
- being able to have an interesting job

written exam
with hard work and consistency I passed the written exam. So I'm now allowed to work as a limited registred physio. Youhou....
From September to late November, I've been studying hard. Reading books , articles on the internet, talking study case with my friend. I left my kids play with their dad. I didn't go to the beach or the pool, I stayed at home to study...
Does it sound like it took a toll on me ? If no it is because my words are not strong enough.
I loved the first 2 months. But didn't like the last one especially the last 2 weeks. Too difficult to stay focused.
It drained my mental. I find it very hard to study work and spend time with my family. I've been very tough on my kids, lost my strength few times and regained it few times too mainly thanks to my 3 loves.
Some people , very nice people told me that they are sure that I will pass just because I'm already a physio.... That's not right. They don't realise how difficult it is to throw yourself in such a challenge. I'm quite sure that if australian physios have to sit that exam , many would fail except if they study like I did.
Just because MCQ are tricky.
Anyway I passed. I don't know my results yet but I know that i had more than 55%... I'm allowed to give them another arm and leg to pay for the clinicals..... And to study more and more.....
Finally, I must say that after the exam and with all the work done It was certain that I had passed even if you don't really tell anyone.
During the exam, I had time to do the MCQ at least 4 times. yep. You have time to think if you worked hard before.my answers corresponded to my friend's answers.
I won't be able to thank her enough . Her name will be "my fiancee" on that blog. Nobody need to know her real name . This nickname came when my hubby realised that we were calling each other at least once every night... You know like teenagers who spend their evening chatting with their new lovers.
So My fiancee and I worked hard, we live in the same city but opposite. not easy to have proper meeting. Hopefully we had skype.... she is great to keep the motivation high. I hope I helped her as much as she did for me.
Well, it is not finished.....
